Brewing Legacy, From Kenya to the World
After relocating to the United States, Martin’s path began humbly—as a dishwasher. While others saw routine, he saw opportunity. His work ethic, vision, and deep connection to Kenyan coffee fueled his rise through the industry, eventually becoming a respected voice in sourcing, branding, and specialty processing.
Today, Martin is known for more than just great coffee. He is a guide for aspiring entrepreneurs, offering full-scale support in brand development, private labeling, packaging design, coffee sourcing, and global logistics. His specialty? Anaerobic fermented coffee—a premium, carefully crafted process that produces rich, complex flavors and elevates the profile of every cup. More than a business, Martin Kabaki is a movement—a bridge between African farmers and global coffee lovers, between humble beginnings and extraordinary results.
Coffee is our purpose, our platform, our power.
At Martin Kabaki, coffee is more than a drink—it’s a catalyst for transformation. Through every stage of the journey—from farm to fermentation to fulfillment—we use coffee to empower people, tell authentic stories, and build sustainable, purpose-driven brands.
We specialize in premium Kenyan coffee, cultivated on high-elevation volcanic soil for naturally vibrant sweetness, brightness, and depth. Beyond sourcing exceptional beans, we guide you through crafting a distinct coffee brand from scratch—defining story, roast profiles, packaging, and market position. Partnering directly with farmers and designers, we deliver a cup as memorable and profitable as your vision brilliantly realized.
Whether guiding entrepreneurs through private label launches or mentoring them through the world of specialty coffee, we treat every bean as a tool for impact. Coffee is how we connect, create, and lead—with quality, heart, and vision.
From Dishwasher to Coffee Brand Builder.
Martin Kabaki’s journey is one of resilience, purpose, and passion. Raised in Kenya’s coffee heartland, he was immersed early in the rituals of farming, the pride of harvest, and the power of community. After moving to the U.S. in search of opportunity, Martin took a job washing dishes—an experience that shaped his work ethic and ignited his determination to build something greater.
Over the next 15 years, Martin worked his way through the coffee world, gaining deep knowledge of sourcing, roasting, branding, and logistics. His Kenyan roots kept him grounded, while his vision pulled him forward. What emerged was not just a career, but a calling.
Today, Martin works directly with smallholder farmers across Africa, helping them adopt advanced processing methods like anaerobic fermentation. He ensures they earn fair value and global visibility for their efforts. At the same time, he coaches entrepreneurs—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—on how to build impactful, profitable coffee brands that reflect authenticity and quality.
Martin’s journey proves that it’s not where you start—it’s what you build. And his mission is to help others do the same.
Empowering Coffee. Empowering People.
What sets us apart is our commitment to innovation. We specialize in anaerobic fermented coffee, a cutting-edge process that brings out bold, complex flavor profiles while highlighting the true character of each origin. This level of craft demands precision, patience, and partnership—and it’s what defines the Martin Kabaki standard.
But our mission goes far beyond the bean. We empower aspiring entrepreneurs with everything they need to build, launch, and scale their own coffee brands—from private labeling and roasting to fulfillment and strategic coaching. We don’t just create products—we create pathways.
